Instructions
Secure the band to an anchor point at chest height. Holding the end of the powerband in both hands, step out until you can feel resistance on the band.
Brace your core and press the band out in front of your chest. Hold for a second and then return your hands to your chest and repeat for desired amount of reps. Repeat on the other side.
Tips
Do not allow your body to twist towards the band when pressing. Keep your core braced to avoid rotating your body.
