Instructions
Place cable pulley at chest height, with a single hand stirrup attached. Hold the stirrup with both hands and step away from it with your body facing side-on to the pulley. Keep your arms straight and turned towards the pulley. Position your feet approximately shoulder width (or slightly wider) apart and knees slightly bent.
Bracing your core and keeping your arms as straight as possible, rotate your torso and your arms to the opposite side. Your feet can pivot throughout the movement. Return the cable to original position with control. Repeat and then turn around to repeat on the opposite side.
