Instructions
Thread a band around a door handle or hand rail and then thread a light bar or broomstick through the band. You now have a row machine.
Take a wide grip with the bar and step back. The further back you go, the harder the row will be. Keep a wide stance for stability.
From here, keeping your chest out, row the bar towards you bringing it to just below your chest. Then release back with control. Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
Tips
Increase the resistance by adding more or stronger bands, and decrease the resistance by using lighter bands.
