Instructions

Attach a single hand attachment to to the Lat Pulldown machine. Grasp the attachment with one hand. Sit on the seat, with the top of your legs placed under the padded supports.

With your palm facing out, pull the attachment down to your side. Return until arm and shoulder is fully extended. Repeat for the required numbers of reps, then repeat on the other side.
