Instructions

Stand on the inside of the machine, facing outward. Grasp the handles with an underhand grip. Keeping your arms straight, sit back on to the seat and place your chest against the vertical support. Pull down the handles until your hands are inline with your chest. Squeezing your back muscles. Return the handles with control until your arms are fully extended.

Tips

Your chest should stay against the vertical support throughout the whole exercise, if you start to lean back while pulling the weight down, you will need to decrease the weight on the machine.
