Instructions
Set a single cable pulley at roughly shoulder height and place an incline bench in front of it. Stabilising yourself on the bench with one knee and hand on the bench, place your other leg back behind you and on that same side take hold of the cable pulley handle. From this position pull the handle back towards you until it reaches your torso, focusing on engaging your lat muscles. Return to the start position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat on the other side.
