Instructions

Place cable pulley at a high position with a single hand stirrup attached. Grasp the stirrup with a one hand overhand grip and position feet about hip width apart or in a split stance. The side that is holding the stirrup, position your elbow and upper arms to your side. Extend your arm until your elbow is locked out by your side. Do this whilst keeping your upper arm glued by your side. Control the stirrup back up to the starting position.
