Instructions
Place cable pulley at a high position with a small rope attached. Grasp the rope ends with both hands with an overhand grip and position feet about hip width apart or in a split stance. Position your elbows and upper arms to your side. Extend your arms down and out to the sides until your elbows are locked out. Do this whilst keeping your upper arms glued by your sides. Control the bar back up to the starting position.
Tips
This exercise can also be performed by using a small bar instead of a rope.
