Instructions

Holding a medicine ball with both hands, sit on the floor with your feet against a wall and your knees bent. Lower your torso down with control to the floor. Keeping your core braced, come back up to seated and as you do so, throw the medicine ball at the wall. Catch it on its bounce back to you and lower yourself back down to the floor. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
