Sit-Up with Medicine Ball Wall Throw

Instructions

Stand facing a wall, holding a medicine ball with feet shoulder width apart. The wall should be approximately 3 feet away from your body. Keeping the ball at chest height, throw the ball powerfully into the wall. The ball should leave your hands when your arms are almost straight. Catch the ball once it bounces back, and repeat.
