Instructions

Place cable pulley at just below chest height, with a single handle attached. Grab hold of the handle with one hand and step back, facing the pulley. Bracing your core, place your feet approximately shoulder width apart. Stand up tall and keep your arm holding the stirrup out straight, while your other arm is by the side of your body. Pull the handle in towards your side, squeezing back with your shoulder blade. Return it back with control until your arm is fully extended. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat on the other side.
