Instructions

Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a long length. Standing on one leg, facing away from the anchor, place the other foot in both the stirrups. Make sure your toes and hips are facing forward. Begin the movement by bending the supporting leg as you lunge down, bring the supported knee towards the floor. Push back up with the supporting leg. Repeat for the desired number of reps, and then repeat on the other leg.
