Instructions
Sit on top of swiss ball and walk out with your feet until only your shoulders are resting on the ball. Keep your body in a table top position, with hips up high and legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Feet should be flat on the floor, approximately shoulder width apart. With your hands on your hips, lift one foot off the floor and straighten your leg out so that it is in line with your body. Bring your leg down and return your foot to the floor. Repeat with your other leg.
Tips
Keep your glutes engaged and hips up high throughout the whole movement. Do not allow your hips to sag.
