Instructions
Kneel on the floor with the swiss ball in front of you. With your torso upright place your forearms on the ball, with your hands twisted so that your pinkies are on the ball and your thumbs are facing the ceiling. Bracing your core, roll the ball out as far as you can, keeping your body from your knees to your shoulders in a straight line. Roll the ball back to repeat.
Tips
Do not let your chest touch the ball throughout the exercise. Only roll the ball out as far as you are able to keep your body in a straight line.
