Instructions

Lie with your back on the floor and with your knees bent, place a swiss ball between your legs and squeeze your legs together to keep the ball in place. Raise your feet off the floor until your thighs form a 90 degree angle with your torso. From this position, and with your arms on the floor out to your sides, twist your hips to one side as low as you can, whilst keeping your shoulder blades on the floor. Reverse the movement and twist to the other side.

To increase the difficulty of this exercise, decrease the bend in your knees.
