Instructions

Place a swiss ball on the floor against a wall. Sit on top of the ball with your hands on the ball and touching the sides of your legs. Keeping your legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Slide yourself off the ball, but keep your body close to it. Lower your body by bending your elbows back behind you until your arms are in a 90 degree angle. Push yourself back up to the starting position.
