Instructions

Place hands on parallel dip bars, and place knees on padded support. Lower your body by bending your elbows back behind you until your arms are at a 90 degree angle. Push yourself back up to the starting position.

Tip

Be sure to keep your torso in a straight position. If you do not have access to an assisted machine, you can get a training partner to provide the assistance.
