Instructions

Standing on the foot supports, brace your core and bend over to grasp the lever handles and take the weight off the support. Keeping your core braced and your back in a neutral position, pull the lever up towards you, bringing your elbows back behind you allowing you to squeeze your upper back muscles. Return until your arms are extended.

Tips

You can also perform this exercise by using a barbell secured in to a corner or in a landmine attachment and using a cable row handle.
