Instructions

Place cable pulley at a low position and attach a short bar. Grab hold of the bar with an underhand grip, and step back, facing the pulley. Place feet approximately shoulder width apart. Stand up straight and keep your arms straight. Lower into a squat position until the top of your thighs are approximately parallel to your knees, but keeping your arms straight. As you rise back up to a standing position pull the bar up into your chest so that you complete a row movement. As you squat back down straighten out your arms.

Tip

It is easy to lean forward when performing this movement. Be sure that you get the depth in your squat with your hips, not by bringing your torso forward.
