Instructions
Adjust the foot rests so that they are in the closest position possible. Sit down on the machine with your feet on the foot rests and your hands on the leg pads or grasping the outside handles. Your legs will be inside the pads. Push your legs against the pads, pushing them away from each other as far as possible. Return your legs back to the start position with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
This exercise works a very small muscle group, the abductors. Be careful not to load the weight too heavy on this exercise.
