Instructions
Place two opposing cable pulleys at a high position, with single hand stirrups attached to each pulley. Stand with one foot in front of the other and have your arms out to the side of your body with elbows slightly bent, with each hand grasping the closest stirrup. Brace your core and tip your torso forward. Bring the stirrups together by moving your arms together in a hugging motion - maintaining the angle in your bent arms. Return to the starting position until you feel a slight stretch in your chest.
