Instructions

Grasp a dumbbell in each hand and lie with your back on a bench. Lift the dumbbells up above your chest, with your palms facing each other, and with a slight bend in your elbows. Lower the dumbbells to your sides until you feel a stretch in your chest muscles. Squeeze the dumbbells back up to the start position in a hugging motion. Maintain your bent arm position throughout the whole exercise.
