Instructions
Place two opposing cable pulleys at approximately chest height, with single hand stirrups attached to each pulley or with no attachments. Grasp both stirrups, or the ends of the cable pulleys, with the opposite hand so that the cables cross over each other. Place your feet about shoulder width apart. Have a slight bend in your elbows and maintaining this bend, pull your arms up and out to your sides. When you feel your shoulder blades squeezing together, return the cables to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
