Instructions

Bracing your core, bend down to pick-up a weight in each hand such as weight plates, dumbbells or kettlebells. Choose a weight that is heavy enough to create resistance when holding it, yet light enough that you can keep an upright posture. Making sure your posture is upright, core engaged and your shoulders are back and down, walk with the weights in your hands for the required distance.

Tips

Make sure your shoulders are level, and you're not leaning towards the side with the weight.
