Instructions
Bracing your core, bend down to pick-up a barbell. Choose a weight that is heavy enough to create resistance when holding it, yet light enough that you can keep an upright posture. Making sure your posture is upright, core engaged and your shoulders are back and down, walk with the weight in your hand for the required distance. Place the weight back down and return to the start position, carrying the weight back in your other hand.
Tips
Make sure your shoulders are level, and you're not leaning towards the side with the weight.
