Instructions

Lie on the floor with your legs bent. Turning to one side and using both hands, pick up a kettlebell and place it in one hand, whilst keeping your elbow on the floor at a 45 degree angle. Your other arm should be flat on the floor on the other side of your body. The kettlebell should be roughly inline with your chest. Press the kettlebell up until your arm is fully extended. Lower the dumbbell until your elbow touches the floor. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat on the opposite side.

Tip

This exercise can also be performed by doing both sides at the same time. It can also be performed with your legs straight. The goal is not to use any leg drive throughout the movement.
