Stand up on to the platform, with your feet at a position that feels comfortable for you to achieve a full range of motion. This will be around the middle of the platform. Place your shoulders under the supports. Brace your core and stand up, turning the handle to unlock the machine. Squat down with control, keeping your back and hips pressed against the support. Ideally, you don't want your back or hips coming off. Once you hit your end range of motion, push your feet hard against the platform, driving your legs back up to the start position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
