Instructions

Place both hands on a medicine ball and step back into a plank position with extended arms and your chest over the ball. Push down into a push-up. Push your body back up quickly, rapidly placing your hands on the floor to side of ball, catching your body before it falls and lowering your chest towards the ball. As you push yourself up, quickly catch yourself and push your hands back up onto the ball. Push down into a push-up and repeat.

Tips

Keep your body straight through the movement. As with any plyometric, ensure you have a solid strength foundation before attempting this exercise.
