Instructions

Tie the powerband around an anchor point at chest or head height. With an overhand grip, grasp the powerband in both hands. Take a few steps back. Squeeze your shoulder blades together to pull the powerband toward your face, keeping your elbows out. Hold the position for a second or two, then return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number or repetitions.
