Adjust the machine lever to fit your height and sit on the machine with your back against the back support pad. The machine should be adjusted so that the lower leg pad is under your calves and the upper leg pad is against your thighs, above your knees. Set the machine so that your legs are straight out in front of you. This will be your starting position.

Grasp hold of the side hands and pull your legs back in towards you as much as possible, by flexing ad the knees. Keep your body locked throughout the movement. Slowly return your legs back to the start position. Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
