Instructions

Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a long length. Sitting on the ground facing the suspension trainer, place the heels of your feet in to the straps and then lie down. With your arms by your sides and your legs straight, raise your hips off the ground and bring your feet towards your body, bending at your knees. Straighten your legs back to the start position, without your hips lowering. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
