Instructions
Place a swiss ball in front of you and lie on the floor facing up. With your legs straight and your arms by your sides, place your ankles on top of the swiss ball. Bracing your core raise your hips up off the floor until just your upper back and head are touching the floor. Keeping your hips up high, roll the ball in towards you by pulling with your feet and bending at your knees. Roll it in as much as you can, then reverse the movement by pushing the ball out and extending your legs.
Tips
Be sure to keep your hips up high throughout the movement.
