Instructions
Hold one dumbbell in both hands and position it over your head with your hands under the inner plate. With your arms straight and held close to your head, lower your forearms until the dumbbell is close to the bottom part of your neck. Raise the dumbbell back overhead to repeat.
Tips
To ensure you are working your triceps keep your elbows high and tucked in, do not let your elbows flare out. This exercise can also be performed seated.
