Fasten a rope handle to the lowest position of a cable pulley. Pick up the rope in both hands and twist it up and over the back of your head, turning yourself so you are standing with your back against the pulley. With a slight forward lean and placing your upper arms next to your ears, straighten your elbows until your arms are fully extended. Bring the rope back down to the start position by bending your arms back behind your head. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
