Instructions

Hold one dumbbell in one hand and position it over your head with your hand under the inner plate. With your arms straight and held close to your head, lower your forearm until the dumbbell is close to the bottom part of your neck. Raise the dumbbell back overhead to repeat. Then repeat on the other side.

Tips

To ensure you are working your triceps keep your elbow high. This exercise can also be performed seated.
