Instructions
Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to mid length. Facing away from the anchor point, grasp a handle in each hand, with your palms facing downward. Lean forward so that the ropes are taught and your body is at an angle, keeping your core braced. Have your elbows bent and close by your head with your hands behind you. From this position, extend your arms upwards so that your arms straighten above your head. Return by bending your elbows back to the start position. Repeat.
