Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a long length. Kneeling down, facing away from the anchor, place both feet into the stirrups. Place hands on floor, shoulder width apart. Reposition hands if needed, to get to desired distance from suspension trainer. With arms straight and core braced, raise knees from ground so body is supported by arms and suspension trainer. Without rounding your lower back and bracing your core, pull the stirrups towards your chest by pulling in your feet and bending at your knees. Bring your legs back to the starting position with control. Repeat.
