Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a long length. Kneeling down, facing away from the anchor, place both feet into the stirrups. Place hands on floor, slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Reposition hands if needed, to get to desired distance from suspension trainer. With arms straight and core braced, raise knees from ground so body is supported by arms and suspension trainer. Bracing your core, bend your elbows down until your upper arm is parallel to the floor or below. Push yourself up to repeat.
