Instructions
Sit on top of a Swiss Ball at a slight angle. With your hands by your ears and elbows out wide, lift one foot a couple of centimetres off the floor. Before you begin the movement, brace your core. Lower your torso down until your lower back is on the ball then raise yourself back up. Repeat for the programmed amount of repetitions, then repeat with the other foot off the floor.
Tips
To decrease the difficulty of this exercise you can position yourself lower on the ball or place your arms across your chest.
