Instructions

Sit on top of a Swiss Ball and walk out with your feet until only your shoulder blades are resting on the ball. Keep your body in a table top position, with hips up high and legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Your feet should be flat on the floor, approximately shoulder width apart. Raise your arms above your chest, grasp your hands together into a pistol grip.

Begin the exercise by twisting your upper body and arms to one side, while keeping your hips up. When you twist one way, the ball should move slightly in the opposite direction. Once your arms are horizontal to the floor, repeat the twist to the opposite side of your body. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
