Instructions
Place one end of an olympic (20kg) bar inside a weight plate, a landmine attachment or wedge it in to a corner. Squat down to pick up the other end of the bar. Grasp one hand near the top of the bar and the other hand just below it. Lift the bar up so that it is high and in front of you. Stand with feet shoulder with apart and core braced. Twist the bar to one side and as you do so, pivot your opposite foot towards the direction of the bar. Once the bar is down to your side immediately return the bar to the opposite side in the same pattern.
Tips
Change hand grip after each set, as the top hand will bear slightly more weight than the bottom hand. To increase the intensity of this exercise you can load weight on to the end of the bar that you are holding.
