Instructions
Lie face up on a bench. Hold onto a barbell with an overhand, shoulder width apart, grip. With your arms extended above you and your elbows turned in, lower the bar by bending your elbows until your hands come close to your forehead. Return the bar by extending your elbows and repeat for the programmed amount of repetitions.
Tips
Use an EZ bar if available (as shown in this video), as the bends in the bar can be better for the wrists.
