Instructions
Place cable pulley at a low position, with a single hand stirrup attached. Come down to a half kneeling position, with your knee furthest from the pulley up in front of you. Bracing your core and keeping your arms as straight as possible, pull the stirrup diagonally upward by rotating your torso and raising your arms towards your opposite shoulder. Return the cable to original position with control. Repeat and then turn around to repeat on the opposite side.
