Instructions
Place cable pulley at a high position, with a single hand stirrup attached. Hold on to the stirrup with both hands and step away from it with your body facing side on to the pulley. Bracing your core and keeping your arms as straight as possible, pull the stirrup diagonally downward by rotating your torso and lowering your arms up until your hands are facing the floor. Your feet should pivot throughout the movement. Return the cable to original position with control. Repeat and then turn around to repeat on the opposite side.
