Instructions

Place cable pulley at a high position, with a single hand stirrup attached. Hold on to the stirrup with both hands and step away from it with your body facing side on to the pulley. Come down to a half kneeling position, with your knee furthest from the pulley up in front of you. Bracing your core and keeping your arms as straight as possible, pull the stirrup diagonally downward by rotating your torso and lowering your arms towards your opposite hip. Return the cable to original position with control. Repeat and then turn around to repeat on the opposite side.
