Instructions

Attach a rope to a cable machine and set it at chest height while kneeling on the ground. Holding onto the rope with a hand at each end, step away from the cable machine then kneel on one knee, with the cable on the same side as the back leg, with your torso rotated and your arms out straight.

With your core engaged and without bending your elbows, powerfully rotate your torso until you are facing forward. Rotate back with control to the starting position then repeat for the programmed amount of repetitions, then repeat on the other side.
