Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to be at a mid-low length. Facing the anchor point, sit down and grasp a handle in each hand. Bring your legs out in front of you and lean backwards so that the ropes are taught and your body is at an angle. Keep your core braced. Let your arms extend out. With your palms facing slightly in towards each other, pull yourself up to the handles. The handles should end up right under your chest. Bring yourself back down with control and repeat.
