Instructions

The suspension trainer is a great piece of equipment. There is so much you can do with it!

It is easily packed away into a small bag, which means you can have it easily stored at home, or take it with you when travelling.

Most suspension trainers comes with straps to clip around anchor points and/or a door stopper to have it attached over a closed door.

Perform the following:

Suspension Trainer Squat
Suspension Trainer Row

3-4x12
Suspension Trainer Hamstring Curl
Suspension Trainer Close Grip Chest Press

3-4x12
Suspension Trainer Bent-Knee Bridge
Suspension Trainer Jack Knife

Notes

Perform 3 sets and build over time to 4 sets.
