Instructions

Set the cable machine with the attachment set-up high. Grasp the single hand attachment in one hand, and kneel next to the cable machine.

With your palm facing out, pull the attachment down to your side. Return until arm and shoulder is fully extended. Repeat for the required numbers of reps, then turn around and repeat on the other side.
