Instructions
Stand facing a bench or step, holding a kettlebell in one hand, allowing your arm to hang by your side. Step up on to the bench with one foot. Focus on driving up through your whole foot to bring your body up, then place the other leg on the bench. Step down with the opposite leg. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on one side before changing sides.
Tips
For some people this bench height may be a little high. You can progress from a smaller height bench/step if needed.
